14 people, including children aged 12 and 17, were injured when a Russian drone struck a residential apartment block in central Chernihiv.
Three of the wounded were taken to hospital, local military administration head Dmytro Bryzhynsky said, placing the strike about 100 miles north of Kyiv.
The attack came as Andy Burnham was visiting Kyiv, underscoring continued Russian strikes on civilian areas during high-profile foreign visits.
In Russia's Belgorod region, officials said Ukrainian drone strikes separately killed two men at a commercial property in Tavrovo and wounded two more people in Oktyabrsky.
