Amazon Prime Video carries the matchup nationally, while Buffalo and Detroit viewers can also watch on local over-the-air stations.
Both teams enter 1-0 after narrow Week 1 wins — the Bills beat Houston 36-31 and the Lions edged New Orleans 31-30 in overtime.
The game also marks the first Thursday Night Football played in the United States this season after last week's 49ers-Rams opener in Australia.
