Three of the five people aboard the distressed vessel had been accounted for by early Sunday, leaving two crew members still missing in the English Channel southwest of Eddystone Lighthouse.
An intensive search began shortly after 18:00 BST on Saturday after the vessel was reported in distress, with a coastguard rescue helicopter, fixed-wing plane and RNLI lifeboats deployed.
Newlyn and Salcombe lifeboat crews took over on Sunday morning from Plymouth and Falmouth RNLI teams that had searched through the night.
