Adobe’s new ChatGPT plugin is live today, folding its previously separate Photoshop, Express and Acrobat integrations into one tool across ChatGPT, ChatGPT Work and Codex.
More than 70 Adobe capabilities now sit behind a single conversational interface, letting users trigger photo editing, video creation, design work and PDF production by describing the result they want.
The unified plugin also pulls in tools from Firefly, Premiere, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Stock, while preserving handoff to Adobe’s full apps for advanced editing and pixel-level control.
Users can install it from ChatGPT’s plugin directory and invoke it with @Adobe or the + menu; signing in unlocks generative features, Creative Cloud file access and cross-session saving.
The launch extends Adobe’s broader AI-platform push, with Microsoft Copilot support already in play and Slack and Gemini integrations due later this month.
