IQ Fiber Inspects Jacksonville Site After 2 Notice Waves and Service-Line Damage

Wynnfield Lakes construction wrapped up Tuesday, and IQ Fiber said on-site coordinators will inspect the Jacksonville neighborhood Wednesday and order any needed repairs.
Third-party contractors affected a small number of Comcast and AT&T service lines and a sprinkler line, IQ Fiber said, after residents reported internet outages, torn-up yards and dead grass.
Debby Carlson, a former HOA board member, said residents got no notice and watched other providers return Monday night to repair lines they say IQ Fiber crews cut.
IQ Fiber said it notified residents twice—by direct mail around June 14 and door hangers around July 8—and will keep working with residents and property management until concerns are resolved.
