Summary
One snap into his return, Lamar Jackson injured his right thumb against Buffalo, went straight to the locker room and was ruled out later in the first quarter.
The injury came when Jackson's throwing hand collided with Bills pass rusher Gregory Rousseau as he released a pass in his first game after missing three with an ankle injury.
Tyler Huntley replaced him, but Baltimore went three-and-out on its opening series before Huntley also left with a toe injury in the second quarter.
Joe Fagnano, an undrafted rookie, was then pushed into his NFL debut as the Ravens tried to halt a two-game skid, while Jackson reappeared on the sideline in the third quarter with a cast on his right hand.
