Summary
October 7 pre-orders opened globally for ASUS’s ProArt P16, P14 and GR1X systems, with U.S. shipments of the laptops starting October 16 and prices beginning at $2,599.99.
NVIDIA RTX Spark powers the lineup with up to 1 petaflop of AI performance and 128GB of unified memory, aimed at running larger language, vision and creative models locally rather than in the cloud.
ASUS is pitching the machines to creators and AI developers with token-free local workflows, preloaded MuseTree and StoryCube apps, plus integrations with ComfyUI and Nous Research’s Hermes agent.
The launch extends ASUS’s broader local AI push from creator laptops to compact desktops and enterprise systems, as PC makers compete to turn on-device AI into a selling point.
