Summary
Baltimore paid a 2028 second-rounder and swapped Day 3 picks to pry away Jurgens after losing five centers to free agency, waivers and injuries.
Philadelphia had not planned to move its starting center, but GM Howie Roseman said the Ravens' upgraded offer became too strong to refuse.
Jurgens cleared his physical Wednesday but remains in concussion protocol, pushing his Ravens debut to Week 6 and likely keeping rookie Vega Ioane at center Sunday against Atlanta.
The move is meant to stabilize Baltimore's offensive line with Lamar Jackson sidelined by an ankle injury, and Jurgens is under contract through 2029.
