Summary
Dayne Oram told a Glasgow employment tribunal Rockstar North used a 2023 remote-working petition as the basis for a "watch list" of staff involved in union activity.
About 150 employees signed the petition, including 15 to 20 union members; Oram said managers could infer who they were from those who handed it in.
Rockstar says 34 workers in the UK and Canada were dismissed in October 2025 for gross misconduct after confidential information was shared on an online forum, not for unionising; 23 are in the case.
The hearing also examined a Discord server of about 300 employees that Oram helped set up, where he accepted some moderation decisions would be handled differently now.
The tribunal before Judge Lucy Wiseman continues as Rockstar prepares for Grand Theft Auto 6's 19 November release.
