$1.11 billion a month from Dec. 1 will come from a newly closed AI compute hosting deal, CFO Bret Johnsen said, lifting SpaceX's annual recurring revenue by about $13 billion.
Johnsen said the company now has "even more conviction" it can reach $100 billion in ARR this year, with AI compute contracts becoming a major growth engine alongside Starlink and rockets.
Four disclosed compute deals now total about $45.7 billion in ARR, including earlier agreements with Anthropic at $1.25 billion a month and Google at $920 million a month.
William Blair said the new contract is separate from the $6.7 billion six-month deal disclosed in August, which it suspects involved the U.S. Department of Defense.
SpaceX's edge has been faster capacity deployment and priority Nvidia GPU access, though The Information said it is weighing slower terrestrial data-center buildouts to address reliability concerns.
