Police found Jayden Velasquez, 18, shot in the face and torso near Havemeyer Street and South 2nd Street in Williamsburg just before 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Velasquez, a Brooklyn resident, was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
