Israeli Strike Kills Gaza Family of 4 as Ceasefire Holds Since October 2025

Beit Lahiya was hit overnight near Kamal Adwan Hospital, killing a man, his wife and their two daughters, aged 12 and 8, despite the US-backed ceasefire that has nominally been in place since October 2025.
Strikes and fire continued across northern and central Gaza on Thursday: a drone attack in Gaza City's al-Daraj wounded 3 people, one critically, while helicopters and artillery were reported near Jabalia and drones hit Nuseirat and al-Mawasi.
Al-Ahli Arab Hospital's main generator stopped on Thursday because of shortages of oil and spare parts, suspending its imaging department and the only CT scanner in northern Gaza as medical services were cut back.
Gaza's health system is operating on small generators under tight Israeli restrictions on fuel and parts, local reporters said, with the war's reported toll since October 7, 2023 at 73,669 dead and 174,652 injured.
