The push recasts Acrobat from a PDF reader into an AI document platform, with a new Knowledge Base connecting files in SharePoint and Google Drive and returning cited answers in Slack, Teams and Acrobat.
Analyzer, available with Knowledge Base on Acrobat Studio for Enterprise, can pull data from thousands of contracts or invoices to surface items such as renewal dates and revenue clauses.
1,000 monthly queries are included for licensed Knowledge Base users, while uploads, Slack or Teams queries and unlicensed employee use consume shared credits; Adobe did not disclose overage pricing.
Mike Leone of Moor Insights said Analyzer could compete for enterprise data budgets if extracted data can move beyond Acrobat, but warned credit-based pricing may complicate broad adoption and discourage use.
