Israeli Air Attacks Kill 11 in Southern Lebanon as June Pilot-Zone Deal Stalls

At least 11 people were killed in southern Lebanon overnight, including two children in a Kfar Reman residential building and two medics in a separate drone strike on a civilian vehicle.
Israel said it hit a building near a Hezbollah facility allegedly used to launch an explosive drone, and also struck Deir al-Zahrani after issuing a forced evacuation order.
The deaths followed another wave of raids a day earlier that killed at least seven and wounded 20 in nearby Arab Salim, deepening fear among residents who had begun returning and rebuilding.
The attacks have continued despite a June US-brokered framework that created pilot zones for Lebanese army deployment and Hezbollah disarmament, with Israel still occupying dozens of southern villages and refusing further withdrawals.
Lebanon's Health Ministry says Israeli strikes since early March have killed more than 4,350 people and wounded over 12,300, including 135 healthcare workers killed in 179 attacks on ambulance crews.
