$947 million in client assets and 23 professionals are joining Allworth through its acquisitions of High Falls Advisors in Rochester and Holistic Financial Partners in Indianapolis.
High Falls contributes $665 million in assets, 21 staff and a CPA-led in-house tax practice, while Holistic adds $282 million and a niche in divorce financial planning led by Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts chair Jason Llewellyn.
The deals deepen Allworth's Rochester presence, add two private funds and broaden planning services that clients of both firms can access through Allworth's national tax, estate-planning and digital platform.
Allworth said the acquisitions are its third and fourth since announcing an investment partnership earlier this year, extending a growth push that has already taken the firm past $40 billion in assets.
