The display grows from 1.82 inches on the Watch D2 while keeping the 480 x 408 resolution, and the case uses an aluminum-and-polycarbonate rear cover to cut thickness from 13.3mm.
Huawei also appears to add 24-hour enhanced blood-pressure monitoring, trend-based health reports and skin-temperature checks, alongside existing heart-rate, SpO2, sleep and step tracking.
A 540mAh battery—up from 524mAh—may still deliver about six days of normal use, while Bluetooth 6.0, GPS and IP68 support round out the leaked specs.
Huawei is set to unveil the medical smartwatch on September 2, with the Watch D3 expected to cost about €449.99.
