The system runs on Cloudflare Codex, a governed internal library of 60-plus RFC-based standards built to replace scattered documentation, chat threads and team-specific knowledge.
Codex now feeds multiple agents: a spec reviewer has checked nearly 600 unique technical designs since May, while an incident report reviewer has assessed more than 200 postmortems.
Cloudflare says it is also pushing faster enforcement through language-specific linters and a local CLI, while planning to extend Codex-backed reviews across design, implementation, operations and non-engineering teams.
