Andrew Schlossberg, who became CEO three years ago, was tasked by Invesco's board with driving innovation while preserving the firm's 90-plus-year culture and institutional knowledge.
That shift could also reduce consultants' influence as CIOs rely more on internal delegation and AI-enabled analysis to handle investment complexity.
