Senate Weighs 30-Day Hemp Ban Delay as 105 Kentucky Jobs Face Risk

Kentucky leaders including Sen. Rand Paul have attacked the measure as an existential threat to the state's hemp industry, and the delay follows earlier Senate moves to keep most hemp THC products legal through Dec. 11.
