Keirin gold in Glasgow made Emma Finucane the first sprint cyclist to win four track titles at a single Commonwealth Games.
The 23-year-old Welsh rider completed the sweep in four straight days, adding the keirin to team sprint, individual sprint and 1,000m time trial victories.
Ellesse Andrews, the Olympic champion and defending Commonwealth keirin champion, took silver as Finucane surpassed the previous three-track-gold mark set by Anna Meares and Andrews.
Finucane also became the first Welsh woman to win four golds at one Games, moved past Olivia Breen as Wales' most successful female Commonwealth athlete, and was named Team Wales flag bearer for the closing ceremony.
