DHH Completes EUR 4.2 Million Go Internet B2B Acquisition, Taking 74% Aetherna Stake

EUR 4.2 million bought DHH International Go Internet's B2B business unit in a deal Tessellis said has now been finalized.
The acquisition also includes Go Internet's stake in X-Stream and Tiscali Italia's 74% majority stake in Aetherna, expanding the package beyond the core B2B arm.
Tessellis, the Sardinia-based group formerly known as Gruppo Tiscali, was the seller, while Milan-based DHH is a data-centre services provider.
The completed transaction deepens DHH's position in business telecom and related digital infrastructure assets tied to the former Tiscali group.
