$4.9 billion in assets is coming to Corient through its acquisition of New York-based Seven Bridges Advisors, a multi-family office founded in 2011.
Six Seven Bridges partners will join Corient after closing, adding a firm focused on entrepreneurs, financial-services executives and ultra-high-net-worth families.
Corient said its partnership model helped win the deal; the Miami-based RIA now has more than 300 partners, over 2,700 employees and about $535 billion in global assets.
The purchase continues an acquisition run since Corient's parent CI Financial was taken private in 2024 by a Mubadala-led group, following announced deals for Bedrock Group at $10.7 billion and Vivaldi Capital at $5.6 billion.
