Jacob A. Jones, 32, was identified Tuesday as the motorcyclist killed in a July 13 crash in Portland's Kerns neighborhood.
The crash happened about 9:12 p.m. on East Burnside Street at Northeast 24th Avenue, where officers found Jones dead at the scene.
The other driver remained at the scene, and East Burnside was closed between Northeast 22nd and Northeast 26th avenues during the investigation.
