U.S. AI-touched job titles have more than tripled since 2022, while Germany, France, the UK and the Netherlands have joined the U.S. in spreading AI across white-collar professions.
Employers are now advertising for AI-enabled physical therapists, truck drivers, HR managers, marketers, salespeople and teachers, underscoring demand for workers who can use AI tools rather than build them.
Spain remains the outlier, with AI hiring still concentrated in traditional tech roles, but the broader pattern points to AI adoption becoming a workplace-wide shift across the economy.
