Summary
Searchlight’s first trailer frames Pedro Pascal as Alex Serian, a gifted cellist returning to Los Angeles after 20 years on the road for a life-changing homecoming.
The footage follows Alex through a high-pressure music world as he reconnects with his brother, played by Will Arnett, meets his ex, played by Olivia Wilde, and starts a new relationship with Eva Victor’s character.
Tony Gilroy is writing, directing and producing the film, reuniting with several Andor collaborators including editor-producer John Gilroy, cinematographer Damián García and producer Sanne Wohlenberg.
December 4 marks Gilroy’s first feature release since 2012’s The Bourne Legacy, with a soundtrack built by nine composers including James Newton Howard and Alan Silvestri.
