Three victims — a 26-year-old woman, a 30-year-old woman and a 2-year-old child — were found shot dead around 9:15 p.m. on the 300 block of Queen Alexandria Lane in Jackson.
Police had said the Mirage, Mississippi plate HSI 205, was missing from the scene and last seen near Sunset Drive and Medgar Evers Boulevard; investigators believe whoever was in it may be armed and dangerous.
Detectives have not released a motive or suspect details, and Chief Rashall Brackney called the killings a heinous example of the city's continuing violence as the investigation continues.
