Court filings dated May 1 name Bear Payne, 9, as the sole beneficiary of Liam Payne’s $29,007,998 estate, more than a year after the singer’s October 2024 death.
Most of the money will be held in trust until Bear turns 18, though some funds are available sooner, according to documents obtained by People and TMZ.
Cheryl Cole, 42, and attorney Richard Mark Bray are administering the estate because Payne died intestate; probate records in 2025 gave them authority to preserve the assets until a general grant is made.
