Five years after dropping Wear OS support, Telegram has restored its smartwatch app, giving Android watches full chat access plus text and voice messaging.
The new app reaches Pixel Watch and Galaxy Watch for the first time, and also lets users browse media, mute and pin chats, and delete messages from the wrist.
Wear OS still lacks some features already on Telegram’s newly relaunched Apple Watch app, including location viewing and sticker sending, though Telegram says those are coming in a later update.
